However, please be aware that return costs will not be covered unless there is a valid reason for the return.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at support@bellia-blanca.net with photos of the damaged items. We will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.

Proof of Quality: If the product is damaged or has quality issues, we require proof of the problem (Please send us an email with photos confirming poor performance, poor quality, or a damaged kit). Note that this photo proof is used for documentation and quality assurance purposes to continue improving our products.
Once the Return case is accepted and confirmed, you will receive a Return address by email - you need handle the package to the nearest post office.
Refund: In the case of a refund, please allow 3 to 5 days for the funds to be received in your bank account.
